About The Author
In a Democracy, people must be provided with enough information by the government on any issue of national importance, else they are entitle to make their own guess-work.
During electioneering for 2014 Parliamentary elections in India, so great lies were told to voters by BJP’s star speaker and Prime Minister aspirant Narendra Damodardas Modi that the audience got astonished with equally great allurements that the voters began believing that the Indian National Congress ruling for most of the period after independence did nothing for them, and this newly arrived aspirant is like a prophet who would deliver more than what we may ever aspire for. Imagine a person who has never seen Rs 15,00,000 in their lifetime is promised the amount in their bank account sent by the government if BJP is voted to power. Such a grand benefit was not dared to be asked from even a God in a temple by common people, what this prophet has offered from his side. For materializing this, he wants just my vote, so that he becomes the Prime Minister and able to send Rs 15,00,000 in my bank account. To confirm the proposition, Modi promised to be available on any road-crossing for hanging if the promise is not fulfilled by him. During the same electioneering, Modi promised employment to 1,00,00,000 youths every year.
Most of the Indian voters don’t realize value of their votes and influence of their voting on future of the nation and that of theirs, hence have never been serious on this issue. They thought that they have vote to this or that, hence why not vote for the prophet and get a right to get Rs 15,00, 000 in their respective bank accounts. The election campaigning was highly intensive with a huge amount of power displays and alluring proposals. Such allurements resulted a full-fledge power to Modi in the Parliament to become the Prime Minister of India. On capturing power, all the alluring promises were forgotten.
Democratic Socialism to Majoritarianism to Authoritarianism
India was doing good as a democratic nation and the roots of democracy were getting more and more alive as the people got educated with lesser worries of survival. Economy was on sound footing with almost stable growth, and social fabric was getting cleaner and cohesive as people of various communities and faiths – Hindus, Muslims, Christians, etc, came to understand value of brotherhood in making progress. Women were getting more and more share in power of the nation and earning respect in the society. It was truly an environment of Democratic Socialism with Public Sector Undertakings providing infrastructural support to economy for people to further to build on their own and national economy. Only problem was rising population eating away all the progress in building up of resources.
Narendra Modi on becoming Prime Minister of India with a brute majority in Parliament began tearing social fabric of the Nation for his anti-Muslim background and mindset inscribed under RSS influence. His experience as Gujarat Chief Minister in masterminding killing of over 2,000 Muslims and innumerable rapes of their women by majority of Hindus encouraged him to pursue the same path on national scale. This turned Modi to majoritarianism wherein interests of majority reign supreme. Seeds of private Hindu armies like Hindu Mahasabha, Bajrang Dal, etc which having lying dormant since independence were watered to be live and active, hence play their roles they have been supposed to play by RSS stalwarts like Golvalkar, Savarkar, etc. Killing of Muslims and raping of girls became orders of the day. judicial courts dealing with such criminal cases were made to treat Hindu militants above the laws of the land. As a result, no mob lynching and rape criminals wre duly punished by the counrts.
Real Hindus make only 25 percent of Indian population, hence the remaining 75 percent population were opposed to BJP before elections 2019 arrived. Majoritarianism was not applicable in the situation, hence BJP played the card of ‘Might is Right’ for being in power and having huge financial resources under their command. Electronic Voting Machines were grossly misused for winning the elections 2019 ‘As is the seed so is the plant’ made Modi an authoritarian with so-far background actor Amit Shah coming to front as Home Minister of India. .
How the Transformation was done
During the first five-year regime with a brute majority in the Parliament, Modi damaged independent functioning of all the constitutional institutions like Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Public Sector Banks, judiciary, investigating agencies like CBI, NIA, RAW, etc, Election Commission of India (ECI), Taxation vigilance agencies like Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax Department, etc through his tremendous money power or creating fear psychosis among dissenting officials. This involved a lot of turn-around by the government like resignation of RBI Governor, overnight removal of CBI Director, charge of sexual harassment against Chief Justice of India (CJI), etc leading disturbance in routine working of everything in the country, hence establishment of an Authoritarian regime over the Nation.
The Majoritarian regime, first of all, took control of all financial resources of the nation and diverted them to personal pockets, the party BJP, and even to close associates like Ambani, Adani, Mallya, Choksi, etc until the national economy came to standstill state for want of liquidity in its nerves.
Disappointment of people from 5 years of Modi in power without doing any development of the Nation or providing to people what he had promised during electioneering, and his follies of demonetization, outflow of Indian Bank’s money to foreign lands through his friends, boosting up of prices, etc pitched people opposed to BLP as the next election 2019 arrived. Except some 25 percent of total voters of India blindly devoted to Modi, BJP had no voter or supporter in the country, and the supporting 25 percent of voters were not adequate to keep him in the saddle of political power of the nation. Realization of this in BJP/RSS circles brought new strategies into action with active involvement of ECI with Sunil Arora as the Chief Election Commissioner.
The Prime Minister brought dealings with Japan directly under him from Foreign Affairs Ministry for the Japan is the supplier of microchips used in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). This step is the key of how EVMs were manipulated to tailor-made results of Parliamentary Elections 2019.
Over the last 15 years, ECI was supplied 40,00,000 Electronic Voting Machines by their official vendors Electronics Corporation of India Ltd and Bharat Electronics Ltd. (both PSUs) but the ECI had only 20,00,000 EVMs on their records. The balance 20,00,000 machines were made to play a role in affecting election results.
Once ECI-published data on Eections 2019 results on their website showed difference in votes counted for results and the votes actually polled in 303 constituencies of the nation. On receiving complaints about the discrepancy, ECI deleted the data, and never published any data again. Even with faked election results, Modi was reinstalled as the Prime Minister of India for another 5 year term. This has been the severest blow to Democracy in the country wherein votes cast by the people have been throuwn to dustbin, and EVMs made to elect the winners.
Technically speaking, reinstallation of Modi government in 2019 is illegal for the corresponding election results remaining undeclared by the ECI with all the desired data. This is why I call Modi as Hitler+ believing that Hitler would have never gone against his own national ethics for winning power. Being in power, he never did a Pulwama in Germany.
In fact, Narendra Modi is a wolf with prophetic skin who is an incomparable liar. What he said and what he did, he doesn’t know by himself for lack of wisdom in him. He just did what was told to do by a well-organised team of specialists from RSS. This organization has been actively looking for an opportunity since independence for materializing their dream of making India a Hindu Nation but was not finding a suitable person for working on guidelines full of falsehoods. They got Modi with all their desired attributes, most important being telling lies with confidence, hence the plan was set into action.
India is a nation of multiplicities for many races arriving here since its beginning and living here with full cooperation and respect for each other. Hindus are also one of these which in itself was composed through permutations and combinations of many races but have never been in majority on their own but they force-merged many others into their fold. Examples are Vaishya, Kayastha and Swarnakaar (Goldsmiths), originally part of Dev race, and local population of the land who were forced to provide their services as Shoodra, the lowest part of Hinduism. In return, they used to get insulted, live in fear, and find rough foods to half-fill their bellies.
In the present total population of India, original Hindus make for about 25 percent, about 35 percent are local people, about 15 percent are leftovers of Dev race, and about 25 percent are religious minorities inclusive of Muslims, Christians, Bauddha, etc. With this composition of the population, only fully foolish people can be dedicated for making India a Hindu nation. RSS had been organizing such fools since independence and looking for a person to head these sheep for making India a Hindu nation. In the year of 2001, RSS found a fully foolish person in their propagators who can speak white lies without any consideration of right or wrong, and this person is Narendra Damodardas Modi who has been entrusted by RSS to destroy currently developing nation and carve out a Hindu Nation from the destroyed skeleton of India. To hide his real intention, Modi has named his dream nation as New India.
Deprived of any family affection and proper education in his boyhood, and then living throughout his youthful days as an RSS volunteer wearing RSS uniform of a khaki half-pant and a black cap, it seems Modi always felt his deprivation and circumstantial compulsions very deeply, hence he meticulously worked to shift to political lineage of RSS in their political wing now called Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). State of his birth Gujarat was then ruled with Keshubhi Patel as the Chief Minister who didn’t like Narendra Modi. BJP shifted him to New Delhi as Party Secretary, later elevated to General Secretary. Here, he had some taste of modern lifestyle of comforts. Later as Gujarat Chief Minister, Modi learned the art of public administration and being in limelight at whatever cost.
On becoming Prime Minister f India in 2014, his lifelong wish for a lavish lifestyle like an Emperor flared up. With all the political, financial and foreign relations powers in his hands, he got busy with enjoying everything humanly desired, forgetting that he leads a Nation with over 30 percent population living under poverty line, half of the children suffering from malnutrition, almost quarter of the population doesn’t have access to clean potable water, almost twenty percent of human abodes and fields get washed out in floods year after year killing people in thousands, and most importantly, none in the country except politicians and government employees has a contented life.
Immediately on coming to power, he ordered construction of a 1,500 meter long tunnel from his residence to the airport for his travel without public intervention. Existing official residence of the Prime Minister was not considered adequate for living by this single person, hence it was extended by including 5 adjacent houses usually meant for Union Ministers to the Prime Minister’s residence spread on 12 acres of area with a variety of sections for everything desirable by an Emperor. 50 trusted persons from RSS are appointed to manage various functions of the residence like cooking, gardening, chauffeurs, house-keepers, maintenance technicians, etc. Doctors and nurses remain on duty round the clock with the most modern state-of-the art fittings ambulance remaining standby. Barbers, hairdressers, tailors, etc are made available on call. In the name of security of the Prime Minister, nobody knows when and where would be the resident when in-house. Thus, household expenses of this officially single person runs into Rupees tens of millions per day for 100s of RSS activists enjoying lavish life at the official residence of the Prime Minister. India never had such an expensive Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Modi prefers to eat Cashewnut loaves with vegetable made from mushroom imported from France. His hairs and beard are clipped every week by the world famous hairdresser Habib staff.
Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of India keeps 5 bullet-proof BMW Sedans ever ready for taking him around the capital, with every car being replaced every year. For official visits to foreign countries, one Boeing 747 Jumbo jet is kept ready for him by Air India duly set up with a secure hotline.
Change in his lifestyle seems to be at the climax when he ordered to buy two special aircrafts – one for himself and another for the President of /india, for foreign trips at a time when the country has been reeling under financial crisis, with GDP reaching the lowest, unemployment reaching the highest, and Indian currency Rupee getting the weakest. The government doesn’t have enough for paying salaries to their staff, even defense expenditure is being slashed.
Narendra Modi is only a stage actor, not the script-writer for what he says and does. The child in him has not yet grown up to understand the world hence happy with fancy dresses and lavish lifestyle for himself. He knows nothing and does nothing except these.
Narendra Modi was trained in RSS philosophy of a Hindu Nation and their related activities from the very childhood for preparing him, like other followers of the organization, for making sacrifices for the achieving objective of RSS without any consideration of right or wrong by damaging his thinking faculty, called ‘brain-washing’. Due to this, Modi sacrificed a lot – he was deprived of a proper education, he relied on beggary for filling his belly for a long time, he married bu remained away from his wife, etc. Throughout these experiences what hurted him most was his deprivation of fancy dresses for himself. This impact on his life is visible now, on getting enough of prosperity, in his keeping on change of dress at every step to the extent of being crazy for it. This makes the background what Narendra Modi is today as Prime Minister of India with which Indians are deeply concerned. His personality has three main ingredients.
1. A Liar and a Hypocrite
Telling Lies with Fake Emotions in his body-language is the most important characteristic of Narendra Modi, that makes him not only an expert in lying but habitual of it. During such narratives, he keeps himself free from consideration of right or wrong, and even whether the audience is believing or not in what he is speaking. Hinduism has always been crested with such hypocrisy, hence Modi proves to be a true Hindu. He may be seen saluting Gandhi at a moment followed by his worship to Godse, murderer of Gandhi, at the next moment. At one moment, he is seen appreciating martyr Bhagat Singh while on the next moment, he is seen worshipping Savarkar who had played a key role in hanging of the martyr by the then British Government in India.
People often compare Modi with Adolf Hitler. This may be true up to a limited extent about authoritarianism pursued by Hitler and Modi. Modi is Hitler+ in telling lies. Hitler never spoke anything different from what people obviously knew, but Modi does so very boldly. For example, Indian Economy is passing through a crisis due to misdeeds of Modi with whole of the world and people of India knowing it and suffering for it. But Modi still declares ‘All is Well’ in India. Hitler never went against interests of Germany to the best of his knowledge and belief, but Modi has been intentionally destroying India economically and socially without any shame or feeling of guilt. For him, dictates of RSS are supreme whether against the nation or not.
India has a historical tradition of entertaining people by persons, professionals called ;Bahuroopia’ through changes in their outlooks and behaving accordingly with the audience on streets. Many of the audience don’t realize their artificiality and begin reacting accordingly. Modi is no less a Bahuroopia who has been cheating people through his ever changing outlooks.
After becoming Prime Minister of India, Modi wears a new dress for every new occasion and never reuses the dress once used. On an average, he uses five new dresses every day. For designing and creating dresses for every occasion, he has hired an American Company whose specialists keep on following his schedules in advance. This makes him free from caring about his dresses.
In addition to caring for his dresses, Modi keeps specialists for his hair styling and cosmetic treatment to his body. All these take about 10 hours on an average of Modi’s time everyday from his much publicized working duration of 18 hours.
Modi remains highly conscious of being in focus of camera lens every moment, for which he keeps a shooting team ever-ready to accompany him wherever he goes. No doubt, he is passionate about beautiful things.
Modi’s Management of Judiciary
Justice Ranjan Gogoi was the one of the four judges of the Supreme Court to raise his grievance for the judiciary not being allowed to function freely. On becoming the Chief Justice of India (CJI), he was bold and bothering for justice to the people of India. This was not to the liking of the Prime Minister.
When the Rafael deal hearing by the Supreme Court bench under CJI was at the climax with the judgment expected in a few days, a Supreme Court ex-employee female accused justice Ranjan Gogoi of sexually harassing her. This worked as a bombshell on functioning of the apex court postponing Rafael deal hearing with the court getting busy with ways for relief to the CJI. A committee of judges dismissed the allegations.
Then the Prime Minister himself went for an after-dinner personal meeting with the CJI breaking the protocol for the first time since independence. What transpired between them was kept a secret, but the effect was there openly visible in the conduct of business by the CJI as if he was an agent of RSS. Memories of death of justice Loya under mysterious circumstances were fresh in minds of all.
The most apparently doubtful judgment by the CJI bench had been on Babri Masjid issue wherein without any evidence of existence of any temple below the demolished Masjid, the land was given for construction of a temple as desired by the BJP/RSS. And as the last gift of clean chit to Modi in the Rafael deal by justice Ranjan Gogoi was delivered only a few days before the former’s retirement.
Modi as a Criminal Conspirator
Modi takes special care of his public image by keeping himself behind the curtain in criminal matters going on under his very nose and with his full knowledge. The first such crime has been allowing communal riots in Gujarat in 2002 when he was the Chief Minister. During a legal intervention in the case, Sanjiv Bhatt, IPS had disclosed that Modi instructed Gujarat Police officials to let Hindus vent out their anger against Muslims for their suspected role in Godhra train fire resulting into killing of about 1,000 Muslim men and rapes of over 400 Muslim women by Hindu mobs. For his disclosure of Modi’s instruction, Sanjiv Bhatt is still in jail in case of death of a person under his jurisdiction which itself is a criminal conspiracy to keep an upright police officer in prison without any bail to him.
Modi’s political career thereafter remained a mixture of deep controversy and self-promoted achievements. His role as chief minister during communal riots that engulfed Gujarat in 2002 was particularly questioned. He was accused of condoning the violence or, at least, of doing little to stop the killing of more than 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, that ensued after dozens of Hindu passengers died when their train was set on fire in the city of Godhra. In 2005 the United States declined to issue him a diplomatic visa on the grounds that he was responsible for the 2002 riots, and the United Kingdom also criticized his role in 2002. Although in the succeeding years Modi himself escaped any indictment or censure—either by the judiciary or by investigative agencies—some of his close associates were found guilty of complicity in the 2002 events and received lengthy jail sentences. Modi’s administration was also accused of involvement in extrajudicial killings (variously termed “encounters” or “fake encounters”) by police or other authorities. One such case, in 2004, involved the deaths of a woman and three men whom officials said were members of Lashkar-e-Taiba (a Pakistan-based terrorist organization that was involved in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks) and were alleged to have been plotting to assassinate Modi.
Haren Pandya Muder
The two clashed publicly for the first time in Feb 2002, when Modi was in search of a safe assembly seat to contest after his appointment as CM. He† wanted to contest the elections from Pandya’s constituency, Ellisbridge in Ahmedabad—a very safe seat for the BJP. But Pandya refused to yield to Modi’s wishes, and Modi had to
contest from Rajkot instead.
During May 2002, three months after the start of the riots, Pandya secretly gave a deposition to an independent fact-finding panel – Concerned Citizens Tribunal (CCT), led by Justice VR Krishna Iyer.
This was leaked to the media, most notably, 2nd June 2002 issue of outlook had an article titled “A Plot From The Devil’s Lair“, which said:
Information with Outlook shows that a senior minister from his own cabinet has blown the whistle on Modi. Last week, the minister deposed before the Concerned Citizens Tribunal headed by former Supreme Court judge Justice Krishna Iyer.
On 7 June 2002, Modi’s principal secretary, PK Mishra, instructed the director-general of state intelligence, B Shreekumar, to track Pandya’s movements, as he was suspected to be the minister who has talked to CCT. Five days later, on 12th June 2002, B Shreekumar confirmed to PK Mishra that it was indeed the case.
On 4 Aug 2002, party president Rajendrasinh Rana issued a show-cause notice to Pandya asking him to explain why he deposed before a Citizens’ Tribunal on the violence.
On 6 Aug 2002, Haren Pandya resigned from Gujarat Ministry (rather, was asked to quit).
On 19 Aug 2002, Outlook published another interview with an unnamed Minister of Gujarat to confirm some of the details of the previous leak.
This minister, later confirmed to be Haren Pandya, had asked that his identity not be revealed, saying “I will be killed“.
Modi was not finished just with Pandya’s resignation from the ministry. The state elections were due in December 2002, Modi denied Pandya the constituency he had represented for 10 years. The leadership of both the RSS and the BJP objected and asked Modi to relent, but he reported having chest pains, got himself hospitalised for 2 days in the UN Mehta hospital, and did not take any calls. Finally, the party leadership gave in to Modi’s shenanigans, and got Haren Pandya to not contest in Gujarat Polls on Nov 24th.
Modi was discharged from the hospital the same day. Next day, Bhavin Shah’s name was announced as the candidate.
Senior BJP figures, who still regarded Pandya as a valuable asset to the party, and had reportedly offered him a Rajya Sabha seat too, decided to transfer him to headquarters in Delhi as a member of the national executive.
On 26 March 2003, the day after Pandya received a fax from the party president ordering his shift to Delhi, he was murdered in broad daylight, in Ahmedabad.
Round up the Usual Suspects
The Gujarat police and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) announced that Pandya had been assassinated in a joint operation between Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and the Dubai-based underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Twelve men were arrested and charged with Pandya’s murder, but eight years later, in September 2011, the Gujarat High Court acquitted every single one and rubbished the entire case.
“The investigation has all throughout been botched up and blinkered,” the judge said. “The investigating officers concerned ought to be held accountable for their ineptitude resulting into injustice, huge harassment of many persons concerned and enormous waste of public resources and public time of the courts.”
Pandya’s father, Vithalbhai, has publicly accused Modi of ordering his son’s killing. Vitthalbhai was inconsolable when Modi called on him, accompanied by NSG commandos. He even refused to let Modi garland his son’s dead body.
“What is the big deal in coming here with these gunmen? Why have you come here? We don’t need any sympathy. Please go away. Don’t even touch my son’s body. You could not protect my son, how will you provide security to the five-crore people of Gujarat?” he told Modi
So embittered was Vithalbhai that despite being a lifelong RSS man himself, he even contested the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha against LK Advani.

As per the prosecution’s case, Pandya had gone to Law Gardens for a walk, as usual. As he parked his car at 7:40am, Asghar Ali approached his car and shot him five times through a three-inch opening in the pane on the driver’s side. Asghar’s recruitment for the job was part of a plot hatched by Muslim elements — among them Mufti Sufian, rabble-rousing cleric of Ahmedabad’s Lal Masjid — that wanted to avenge the post-Godhra carnage.
The CBI wrapped up investigations in less than six months and filed its chargesheet on September 8, 2003. The cornerstone of its case was a single eyewitness to the murder, a Law Gardens sandwich vendor called Anil Yaadram, who claims to have been present at the time of Pandya’s shooting and who identified Asghar Ali as Pandya’s assailant.
Yaadram, the lone eyewitness, says he was too dazed by what he saw to even move from the spot for an hour. when he does move; he informs not the police but his seth, a local businessman called Snehal Adenwala. Adenwala does not inform the police either, although he knows the man lying dead in the Maruti 800 in the Law Gardens parking lot is Haren Pandya; he calls Pandya’s associate, Prakash Shah, and tells him instead. Shah, too, does not call the police. He calls Pandya’s secretary Neelesh Bhatt, who is at Pandya’s house, already worrying about why his boss is late returning. It is then that Bhatt rushes to Law Gardens, locates the car and opens it to find his boss repeatedly shot.
This is at a little past 10. Gujarat’s former minister of state for home has been lying dead in a car in the centre of town for more than two hours. The police are still a good half hour away.
The police control room gets several calls between 9:30 and 10.Something’s happened to Pandya, nobody knows quite what, where. The police don’t even seriously care to find out until Neelesh Bhatt calls up the Ellisbridge police station (the nearest and located in Pandya’s erstwhile Assembly constituency) and speaks to a Sub-Inspector (SI) Naik. Naik leaves for the spot.
Meantime, the Ellisbridge police receive another call from the control room — find out what’s happening at Law Gardens, there’s a commotion, there are rumours. Now another SI, YA Shaikh, heads out. Midway to Law Gardens, Shaikh gets another control room call — go to Parimal Gardens, not Law Gardens; he changes course. At 10:50, he gets yet another call, this time to head to Law Gardens. He lands there at 10:54, nearly three hours after Pandya might have been shot. And guess what? Shaikh’s colleague, SI Naik, who started for Law Gardens ahead of him, still hasn’t reached the spot. Who was ordering the local police about that morning? Why such delay in getting to a spot that is no more than ten minutes away?
The botched up investigations
Pandya’s body is hauled out of the car, sat at the back of a police jeep from the Navrangpura station (because they thought he was still alive? because they could not fit him in lying down?), and driven to the Vadilal Sarabhai Hospital as news of the murder spreads and leaves the city stunned. Strangely for such a high-voltage incident, no scene-of-crime records are kept. No photograph, no footage, no visible record other than a sterile shot of the car, taken later. Even the media has no images from the spot. It never got there. A television reporter in Ahmedabad, on the beat that morning, has this explanation: “Nobody seemed to know anything until it was too late. By the time we got to know, the scene had already shifted to the hospital, that’s where the tamasha was happening. I know it is strange not to have any images from the scene, but that is how it happened. By the time some of us got to Law Gardens, there was nothing.”
But the story gets stranger as it progresses.
The post-mortem, conducted at the VS Hospital the same afternoon, reveals Pandya sustained seven bullet injuries. From five bullets. Five of these injuries are 0.8cm in diameter, two are 0.5cm. It is scientifically possible for the same firearm to cause different-sized wounds because of surface tension and resistance. It is also possible for five bullets to leave seven injuries because bullets can travel through body parts. But independent experts who have examined the case closely maintain that it is highly unlikely in this case. Two bullets, in other words, have not been traced.
The bullet that caused injury number 5 on the post-mortem report was fired into the lower part of Pandya’s scrotum and travelled upwards into his chest, piercing his abdominal wall. Is it possible for a man sitting in a car — and a heavyset six-foot-plus man like Pandya in a small Maruti 800 at that — to be shot through the scrotum? The lone eyewitness says he saw the assailant firing (weapon identified as a Webley-Scott .32 bore revolver) into the opening in the car window. How could he have shot through Pandya’s scrotum? Either Pandya had to be sitting upside down in the car, or the revolver had to be below his seat. Common sense and expert opinion deem being shot through the scrotum while sitting in a car an impossibility.
Any man shot through his scrotum, as Pandya was, is going to bleed profusely; the scrotum is an intricate web of blood vessels that control body temperature. Did Pandya bleed? Yes. Are there traces in the car? No. Pandya was shot through his scrotum, his neck, twice through his chest, once through his arm. The car should have been drenched, or at least his seat should have been. Yet forensic reports find no evidence of blood in the vehicle, save for a dab on the front passenger seat and another on the key chain (Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory report no. CFSL-2003/F-0232).
Forensic reports also do not record any gunshot residue inside Pandya’s car (report of Mobile Forensic Science Laboratory, Gujarat State). Five bullets, if not more, were fired into him, apparently while he sat in the car. Yet no bullet residue?
Was Haren Pandya shot in his car at all? Or did the murder happen elsewhere and was his body planted in the car later? Where did Pandya go after he left home that morning? There are clues that could help find out. But they have vanished or become unavailable.
When Pandya’s body was taken out of the car at Law Gardens, he was wearing shoes; by the time he was taken in for post-mortem, the shoes were gone, there’s no record of them. The shoes could contain vital clues to where Pandya went that morning.
Pandya’s cellphone, a grey, fliptop Samsung, was recovered by the police from the car. The police either did not care to check or is hiding the call data records from Pandya’s phone that day. These could tell who Pandya called or was called by; these calls could, again, be a vital link in getting to the truth. But the call records aren’t there. When Pandya’s mobile service provider, Hutch, was asked for the records, it produced manifests from January and February of 2003. For records of March 2003, it took a strange plea: they are too old, Hutch pleaded. But surely, January and February come before March.
Could the strange case of Mufti Sufian, an accused in the case, be a part of that cutout? Sufian is a young cleric who made a quick name for himself making incendiary speeches at Ahmedabad’s Lal Masjid. It is known that he had become more hardline following the 2002 violence, fanning counter-communal flames during his post-prayer discourses. It is also known he had links with Ahmedabad’s underworld which lives off bootlegging. Sufian is alleged to have played a role in contracting Asghar Ali for the Pandya hit. Within a week of the murder, while he was apparently still under watch, Sufian slipped out of the country. Where to? Nobody knows. Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen, nobody quite knows. The CBI elevated Sufian to the rogues’ gallery on its website and had Interpol post a red-corner notice for him. He was, on paper, a wanted man, accused of the conspiracy to murder Pandya. Yet, a year or so after Sufian’s mysterious escape, his wife and children managed to vapourise as well.
“They should have been under strict watch, they were the last clue we had to Sufian’s whereabouts,” says a senior police officer, “and yet they got away. How could that be possible? Did someone help them out? Did Sufian hold uncomfortable secrets? Was there a deal?”
In any murder trial, there is usually a mens rea, an intention to kill – someone must benefit.
The prosecution’s case was that Haren Pandya had been killed by assailants from Hyderabad to avenge the Gujarat riots of 2002.
But the fact of the matter is that Haren was the minister in the Gujarat government who had secretly deposed before the Citizen’s Tribunal about the riots and let it know many facts then not public. He had also in a cabinet meeting advocated that the bodies of the victims of Godhra carnage not be brought to Ahmedabad because that would arouse passion. Mr Pandya and Mr. Amit Shah allegedly watched the destruction of a mosque, so one cannot claim that Pandya was some saint of secularism, but his role in the riots was not as central as compared to several others. After the riots, due to his rivalry with Modi or otherwise, he was certainly helping the victims. There is no compelling argument to explain why Haren Pandya should have been at the top of such a hit-list.
So, this begs the question, if anyone wanted to avenge the Gujarat riots of 2002, why would they pick Haren Pandya before many other figures who played a much bigger role in the riots – such as Maya Kodnani, Babu Bajrangi, Gordhan Zadapahia or any of the Police officers?
Who benefited the most due to Haren Pandya’s murder just before he was to move to an influential position in BJP’s National executive? Who could have ensured that the investigations into the murder of an ex-Home minister is so carelessly handled and deliberately botched?
Following is the chronology of events leading to Thursday's Supreme Court verdict dismissing pleas seeking independent probe into the death of Special CBI Judge B.H. Loya, who was hearing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case.
Dec. 1, 2014: Judge Loya dies of cardiac arrest in Nagpur, where he had gone to attend the wedding of a colleague’s daughter.

Recently, The Caravan published a story of the mysterious death of a Mumbai judge who was presiding over the case of the Soharabuddin fake encounter. Amit Shah, the BJP president, was the main accused in this case along with other senior police officials.
The case had been transferred to Mumbai after the intervention of the Supreme Court (SC). The CBI had also filed a chargesheet before the CBI special court regarding the matter.
What Really Happened To Justice Loya?
Justice Brijgopal Harkishan Loya had asked Amit Shah’s counsel to ensure that Amit Shah was personally present in the court, but he never appeared despite the court’s repeated orders.
In December, 2014, the judge was found dead in Nagpur, where he went to attend a marriage ceremony on the suggestion of two fellow judges. The two judges disappeared from the scene after his death.
His body was sent for post-mortem in the absence of his beloved ones. It was then received by an unknown person who claimed to be a cousin of the deceased Justice Loya, according to the post-mortem report. According to Loya’s sister, Justice Loya had no cousin. Loya’s body was then sent to his ancestral home instead of his real residence in Mumbai, where his wife and children resides. His body was carried by a ambulance with no person except the driver. The person who received his body has also disappeared from the scene. Justice Loya’s mobile phone was returned to his sister by a local RSS worker four days after his demise.
There are protocols that should be followed in these cases – none of which were, in this case. Not even a police officer visited the home of Justice Loya.
A Brief Look Into The Sohrabuddin Case
Sohrabuddin Sheikh was allegedly abducted by the Gujrat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) from Hyderabad (in present-day Telangana) along with his wife Kausar Bi. After three days (on November 23, 2005), the police alleged that he had been killed in encounter at Vishala Circle near Ahemadabad.
The incident was hidden until a journalist of Dainik Bhaskar, Prashant Dayal, reported it in November 2006 – one year after that allegedly staged encounter. Sohrabuddin’s brother filed a petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. The SC has ordered an investigation in the matter.
After the order of the apex court, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the state government was formed to investigate the matter. Two senior IPS officers, Geetha Johry and Rajnish Kumar Rai, headed the SIT. In April 2007, more than 10 police officials, including three IPS officers DG Vanzara, Rajkumar Pandian (of the Gujarat cadre) and MN Dinesh (of the Rajasthan cadre), were arrested in connection with the fake encounter.
In July 2010, Amit Shah, then an MLA, was arrested.
What Has Happened Ever Since
There have been many more other developments in the case. The investigation was handed over to the CBI and the case was transferred outside Gujrat to Maharashtra. A chargesheet was filed against all the accused, including Amit Shah.
Now, however, Amit Shah is the president of the ruling party in the BJP. On the other hand, the judge of the CBI special court, Justice Loya, who had asked why Amit Shah was not appearing in the court, died under mysterious circumstances on December 1, 2014, in Nagpur. The new judge who was appointed for the hearing, discharged Amit Shah, saying that he was politically framed in the matter – within just 20 days of his appointment.
The sister of the deceased judge alleged that Mohit Shah, the then Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, had tried to lure Loya for ₹100 crore for a favorable decision in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.
The investigating officer of the SIT, Rajnish Kumar Rai, who had arrested three other Senior IPS Officers in connection with the Soharabuddin case, was transferred out of the state. A few years down the line, he became an IGP of the CRPF, North East Region, Assam. Recently, he has claimed that a staged encounter had been carried out by a joint team of Indian Army, CRPF, SSB, RPSF, and the Assam State Police in March 2017. He had sent a detailed report – but instead of initiating an inquiry and taking action, he was transferred to a CRPF centre in Andhra Pradesh.
Performance of Modi as Prime Minister
This is an absolute truth that habit of telling lies never allows a person to succeed. This is the misfortune for Modi. He is a habitual liar, hence can’t stop it, hence he is bound to fail with a probable end of his life through suicide, like Adolf Hitler did. Now he is so much in the whirlpool of his lies that there is no escape for him.
Modi has no knowledge in any field hence he does nothing at all.. Whatever appears to be done by him is actually done by somebody else sitting in Nagpur Headquarters of RSS, hence is never done well. Another reason for a bad performance is that Modi doesn’t like anybody to get credit for anything. Anything done around Modi must be credited to him and him only. No Minister in his cabinet has any role to play in the governance of the nation.
Modi is neither a patriot by any measure, nor public welfare has a place in his mind. He is a staunch Aristocrat considering everybody else as inferior to him and for use by him. To prove this, we need to analyze his performance as Prime Minister of India on various things for which he considers himself as the doer.
During 2014 election campaign, the most important topic had been bring back black money of Indians deposited in Swiss Banks. Even Ramdev insisted on this for his support to BJP. But nothing has so far been done in this regard. Ramdev has been satisfied by Modi government through providing him a huge land area belonging to the Government. Recently, just before Assembly elections for Haryana and Maharashtra states, people were informed by the government sources that Swiss Authorities have provided names of Indian account holders i Swiss Banks. But it was just an election gimmick which subsided after the poll, until some next electioneering.
Instead of bringing back aforesaid black money, Modi masterminded sending his friends like Vijaya Mallya, Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi, Mehul Choksi, etc to foreign lands with huge loans from Indian Banks. All these have contributed to BJP funding hence are safe with their respective resettlements.
2. Jan Dhan Yojna (Public Money Scheme)
After becoming Prime Minister, the first major step of Modi was to collect money from pockets of people under his scheme named ‘Jan Dhan Yojana’ under which every household was prompted to open an account in a Bank and deposit all their savings in the account. This was called by him ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ (Togetherness of all in Development). For promoting the scheme, the account could be opened with no money and keep zero balance. The scheme worked like a magic, the government collected Rs 110,000,000,000 from the people.
The money was not used for any developmental activity but for writing off bad loans by the Banks to top-level business houses of the country.
One subject Modi is most crazy about is linkage of every person’s financial data to their Adhar Card which is damaging to privacy of people as the Government has failed to ensure safety of the data. The confessed that the data was leaked out in the past. Still, Modi is forcing his personal will on people which prove his malicious intentions. The data is precious for international marketers and they find ways to get it if available concentrated at a place. Modi himself or the officials concerned may sell the data to those interested in it at some point of time. If Modi can bluff the people on bank loans, on his Hindu Nation agenda, on safety of adolescent girls from rapists, etc he deserves no trust of the people. One BJP MLA rapes an 8-year girl in UP and the State Government protects the culprit, Police beats up her reporting father to death, it amounts to official rape by the State Government. If the Prime Minister takes no action against the erring State Government, it amounts to rape by the Prime Minister himself. How can such a person be trusted for anything?. If children of the Nation are raped by Government officials, the Government must be ousted from power instantly.
Coming back to the topic, Adhar scheme is a good way of identifying each citizen of the Nation, but it must stop at that. The identity may be used by Mobile Service Providers, by Banks, etc for identification purpose only, but the Adhar data must not include financial data or Phone numbers of the citizens. With online frauds becoming way of modern life, even Facebook and Twitter accounts being hacked provision of financial information in Adhar data is going to boomerang soon endangering safety of money of account holders in Banks. But this is not understood by Modi, indicating his malicious intentions.
The worst ever decision of Modi government for the people of India has been demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes in the name of curbing flow of black money in the country. Modi asked for 50 days for completion of the process and promsed he may be hanged on any crossing of the country if proved wrong. Normal working of all the Banks remained directly paralyzed for over six months with people standing in queues in front of Bank branches from 5 am onwards to withdraw some money from their accounts. About 150 persons are reported dead in queues. Thousands of patients died for no medical treatment for their inability to withdraw money from their accounts. Police showed their best high-handedness in beating people while in queues.
Most surprisingly foolish step of the government had been issuance of Rs 2,000 currency notes, obviously for facilitating storage of black money again.
Whole nation remained paralyzed except the in-command duo of BJP who made the best use of the opportunity for making BJP as the richest political party of the country, 11 cooperative banks under BJP Chief Amit Shah exchanged over 3,000 crore of their old currency notes with the new ones. The old notes included fake currency notes too.
In the final tally, Reserve Bank of India got back about 99 percent of demonetized currency notes in circulation for replacement with the new ones, hence the whole scheme proved useless as far as curbing of black money is concerned. But it was the biggest achievement of lives of the ruling duo of the nation.
According to the studies carried out worldwide on demonetization in India, it has been the biggest scam the world has ever seen in its history of humanity causing unprecedented losses to the nation as well as people of India.
5. Goods and Services Tax
Modi government implemented a common taxation scheme with very high rates so as to suddenly increase prices of almost everything in the country. Demand of products slumped with closure of huge number of small and medium manufacturing units leading to people losing their jobs. The people suffered hugely with the government collecting large amount of money for misspending. GST rates have been revised thrice since then, only after the damage was done to the Indian economy.
Modi government kept all the commonly used fuels like Petrol, Diesel, LPG, CNG, etc out of GST with their retail prices under direct control of the government. While international market saw slump in fuel prices, prices in India were kept higher than even neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc obviously for more revenue to the government. All the surplus money so collected from people was not put in any development work but went to pockets of the rulers.
7. National Register of Citizenship (NRC)
India already has Adhar Card, equivalent to Security Number in advanced nations, as identity for every citizen, needing nothing more for identifying a citizen. But this system was introduced when Congress was in power, hence has no provision for exclusion of any community. Though Narendra Modi government had been enforcing the provision on people for getting any government service under judicial controls, it was not considered enough to serve nasty purpose of RSS to fraagment Indian society, specially to exclude Muslims to a maximum possible extent from citizenship of India. Hence a new identification process named NRC was conceptualized with its first trial in Assam. During initial trials it failed miserably with even many veterans of defense forces excluded from the citizenship. It has been revised many times since then and applied on Assamese people excluding nearly 20,00,000 persons from the citizenship of India who are being kept in newly built Detention Camps under inhuman conditions for proving their citizenship in aloofness from their home and social acquaintances. I take sense from words of Ms Mahua Moitra, a TMC Parliament Member from WB in Parliament – In a nation where educational degree of the Prime Minister remains without any evidence, poor illiterate people are being asked to produce records of their being Indiann for the last 50 years.
Present Home Minister of India Amit Shah, enjoying more than a lion’s share in political power, openly declares that none of Hindus, Bauddh, Christians, etc would be harassed by NRC in its implementation throughout the country, but Muslims would not be spared. This proves that the NRC process is to throuw Muslims of India to Detention Camps to get perished there, as no other nation would take them as their citizens. , . .
8. Misspending by the Government
With a huge money flowing under control of the rulers, misspending of the public money was practiced on a very high scale. Here we take up the issues one by one.
Advertising and Publicity at public cost for aggrandizing personal image has been one of the biggest burden on national economy. Money provided to Newspapers for advertisements from the government and that given to TV news channels for continued rhetoric projecting Modi someone miraculous for the benefit of the nation and her people goes to millions of billions of Rupees. In the four years from 2014 to 2018, Modi government spent Rs about 4,400 crore on advertisement and publicity.
Second biggest misspending by Modi government has been on foreign trips by Modi himself, a world record for any head of a government. He made about 95 foreign trips in the first five years of his reign without leaving any opportunity to the official Foreign Affairs Minister in his cabinet. This apart from direct expenditure has a huge invisible component from side of the corresponding embassy of India.
Three aspects of his involvement in foreign affairs are noteworthy creating doubts on his real intents.
Modi visited Berlin to meet an actress from own country India, said to be the sexiest woman of the world, Same evening, they met again in New Delhi.
All foreign affairs are usually dealt by Ministry, but Modi dealt Japan affairs directly for the EVM chip being manufactured in Japan. BJP is made to win most of the elections through manipulation by EVMs relying on its Japan-made chip.
Monsanto is the most dangerous devil company in the world for replacing traditional seeds by their own terminator seeds making farmers dependent on the company forever, year after year. For doing this nasty business, the company pays heavily to politicians of their victim nations. Modi chose to deal with the company directly without involvement of the Agricultural Ministry.
A statue of Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel, highest in the world, was installed with import from China at a stated cost of Rs 33,000,000,000. A reporter from China says that real cost of the statue is only Rs 3,300,000,000, the balance amount goes to personal pockets of those involved in the deal. Prime Minister Modi directly handled the deal on behalf of India.
Writing off of bad loans by Public Sector Banks – In the last 12 months up to June 2019, wrote off $30 billion due on big business houses. Such a generosity has ruined almost all the public sectors of the country.
Cleanliness has been a topic of great interest of Modi for immeasurability of its impact hence any amount can be spent on it without any accountability. Modi involved himself directly in this mission for being photo-shot with broom in hand on a neat and clean carpeted area scattered with some garbage for the purpose of photo-shooting.
While Chinese Prime Minister visited India, government of India made arrangements of his stay on a sea beach along with the Indian Prime Minister. There on one fine Morning, Modi had a photo-shooting session with himself picking up garbage from sands of the private beach. For the significance of the visitors and their security, the beach was thoroughly cleaned and scanned before arrival of the guests, hence there was no possibility of any garbage lying on the beach. It came to light later that Modi himself scattered the garbage on the beach and picked up the pieces for the photo-shoot.
Same way, Modi once segregated garbage for photo-shooting spread on a red carpet for photo-shooting display of his involvement in the garbage handling. In another photo-shot, Modi was seen planting a sapling on a carpet edge fully suited-booted standing on the carpet. Such nonsensical exercises cost to the people and are accounted in 18 hour a day work of Modi. .
Cleanliness of River Ganga has been a fashion with Indian politicians for their possibility of misusing funds allocated for this purpose. Even Congress did it shamelessly during their regime. Modi government has been allocating and misusing funds on publicity only with the River getting more and more dirtier day by day.
Corona and Sudden Lockdown
As the news of spread of Corona virus began appearing in the press, Modi didn't come into action but waited for the virus becoming unmanageable for the nation. His first step was to provide free air travel services to nearly 1,500,000 Indians settled abroad to bring them to airports in India, and leaving them free to go anywhere in India. Since these people lived in countries where Corona virus making adverse impact on health of people and even killing them, these people were the first source of arrival of the virus on the Indian soil.
Bad Intentions of Modi Currently on Display
Due to Modi as the Prime Minster of India, Indian society is sharply divided into those favoring him and those opposed to him, with a sort of personal enmities in between the two factions. Those in favor like his anti-Muslim mentality, they see danger to Hinduism due to mere presence of Muslims in India, though they claim that Hindus make 75 percent of Indian population while Muslims make less that 20 percent of it. Still they continue to raise bogie of ‘Hindutwa in danger’, to carry a sizable population with them, particularly, from Vaishya community. So support to BJP rests on hatred for Muslims. Except this, BJP supporters have nothing more to argue upon in favor of Modi. To cover up their folly, they have been instructed by RSS/BJP leadership to be abusive with those opposed to the party. The supporters have no concern with the nationalism or patriotism and are usually prosperous without worries for their survival. As a general rule, all those who have been traditional exploiters of common people belong for their selfish personal gains are supporters of BJP. They make about 35 percent of the total population of the country.
Those opposed to BJP are usually the exploits of BJP supporters. They are rarely prosperous in their class and consider themselves as intellectuals and patriots, and are mostly non-political.Unfortunately, this class make hardly 10 percent of the population. Along with this class, there are political opponents of BJP, particularly, Dalits and Farmers organizations. ,
Currently, there have been six issues of national importance, an understanding of which would through more light on the performance of the Modi government.
Since Modi captured political power in 1914, a huge number of antisocial elements have been recruited as Hindu extremists, and they have been made super-active in organizing supportive processions for misdeeds by BJP members thus binding Administrative officials into inaction against culprits belonging to BJP. Recently, in Kathua in J & K State, a culprit who raped an 8 year girl was saved from Police action by a crowd of Hindu extremists including some Ministers of the State belonging to BJP. In another case, a BJP Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Unnao in U.P. was not arrested by the Police on complaint of raping an 8-year girl, and her father trying to report the matter to Police was beaten by the Police to death. Later, only on intervention of Allahabad High Court, the culprit was arrested.
In name of their plan of having a uniform civil code for the whole population, BJP officials are going ahead with forcing Hindu traditions and conventions on all other communities like Muslims, Christians, etc. A big gang of Muslim women has been purchased by BJP for supporting the Government in changes made in Islamic conventions on marriage and divorce. These women though vocal on select social issues never come forward when a Muslim girl is raped by Hindu extremists. In Kerala State, such moves by BJP have reverberated back with violence against Hindu extremists.
Government of Uttar Pradesh is now headed by another Hindu extremist saffron-robed Adityanath alias Ajay Singh for being favorite of Narendra Modi for his extremist views against followers of Islam. He has managed to kill a huge number of Muslim youths in name of Police encounters with antisocial elements, with high value rewards to police officials involved in such murders. An investigative journalist named Neha Upadhyaya has reported about such murders and made her investigations public. It has become a common practice in U.P. when a group of Hindu extremists with guns, swords, sticks and tricolor flags in their hands march shouting communal slogans, and attack Muslim colonies under Police protection. In such cases too, Muslim youths are being killed for opposing Tricolor Marches. It is the appropriate opportunity to know reality of Hinduism.
There is no law anywhere in the world that provides for imprisonment of a person without providing any proof of charges against him and the person is required to prove not guilty, else he would remain in the prison. This is what the present regime of Modi has in their newly enacted Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), clearly an invasion on human rights of people of India by the State. Since this Act came into existence, many persons have been put behind bars. The have nothing to deny since there is nothing against them demanding their imprisonment.
National HR Commission and UN Human Rights High Commission are silent on the Act and letting people to suffer under this illogical Act, because of these organizations working for the governments, unbothered about woes of the people.
While Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat State, he had instructed State Police Officials to let Hindu mobs be allowed to display their anger against Muslims. This was revealed by one honest IPS official of Gujarat Police Sanjiv Bhatt present in the meeting. For this revelation, Sanjiv is made to suffer life imprisonment in a false case against him with rejections of his bail pleas. In the genocide that followed instructions of Modi more than 2,000 Muslims were killed by Hindu mobs. With that experience in mind, Modi wishes a replay of that genocide throughout India for he heading the Union government. Killings of Muslims in dramatized police confrontations in Uttar Pradesh under BJP Chief Minister Yogi Adiya Nath, and lynching of Muslim youths by Hindu militant mobs are just trailers of what Modi has in his mind against the Muslims in India.
Modi is a staunch follower of Savarkar who had preached to use rapes as a political weapon against Muslims. Modi intends to materialize that sermon of Savarkar raping Muslim women after killing their men. Muslims have shown great restrain under highly provocative conditions they are made to live in India.
4-Silencing of Political Opponents
Modi government is openly misusing CBI, ED and IT Department for shutting mouths of dissidents calling for justice for people of India or highlighting high handedness of the government and misuse of the authority. Laloo Prasad Yadav, a prominent leader from Bihar has been kept in prison to die there without any medical treatment or other humane services, as an example for showing to other opposition politicians what could be their future if not kept quiet.
Former Finance Minister of India P. Chidambaram is being kept in Tihar prison for over two months until now for interrogation again and again by ED with no judicial court daring to grant him bail. The case made so far against him is bribery of a meager sum of Rs 10,00,000 in an INX case. He is 84 year old and his health is fast deteriorating.
Many persons throughout the country have been imprisoned under draconian UAPA until they themselves prove innocence of themselves. Courts avoid hearing of their cases for fear of the big bosses in the government.
Kashmir issue is a component of the above-said existence of Muslims in India. There is no justification of diluting article 370 while North-Easter states have been provided with even more autonomy by the same government, and article 371 a kin of 370 is sill alive in many states of India. The issue has been made with the sole purpose of wiping out Muslim community from Indian soil. Kashmiri youths have been imprisoned in U.P. jails for their sterlization, so that dream of BJP leaders like Haryan Chief Minister Khattar of getting Kashmiri girls for their youths is materialized.
If BJP leadership has any guts, they must get back POK from Pakistan and then only work on the whole Kashmir.
During the last six years of Modi rule 9 million jobs have been lost by people, as a record performance in Indian history. Today, every third person in urban India is unemployed with a quarter of urban families having no source of income. Even then, our Prime Minster tells the world shamelessly ‘All is well in India.’
No new investment is taking place and existing investments are going dead, Engineering and Management graduates are found struggling for getting government employment as Primary School Teachers and even Peons.
7-Public Sector Undertakings
In British India before independence in 1947, India was a nation of poor and deprived people with rampant exploitation by British anf their stooges. Except local level cottage business, there was nothing for providing employment to people and for production of what was needed for building the nation. Relying on other nations for every need was the only way for India. After independence, many rich people became entrepreneurs to invest in local industrial units, with the sole motive of profiteering. Still it paved way for more industrialization. Jawahar Lal Nehru, then Prime Minister of India, took a very bold initiative under his innovative concept of Democratic Socialism in the direction of making India self-reliant through establishing Public Sector Undertakings, particularly in fields needing heavy investment, having long gestation periods, being labor-intensive, needing high technology, etc which were not preferred by private entrepreneurs. The initiative went a long way in making India self-reliant and be an economic power to reckon with.
Present regime in India is all set for winding up the Public Sector Undertakings or transferring them to their favored business houses at throwaway prices. This would not only weaken Indian economy but upturn India’s will to be self-reliant. It is reported that 45 of such units are being closed or transferred. mishandling of four such PSUs is noteworthy.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) – BPC with four ports is reportedly being transferred to Reliance Petroleum for a sum of Rs 68,000 crore while another enterprise in the same field with only one port is sold out in Rs 78,000 crore in the international market.
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) – HAL was established to acquire and develop Aircraft technologies and manufacture indigenous Aircrafts. The have been doing well with support from the governments in pre-Modi era. A Congress government entrusted HAL with maintenance of Rafael Aircrafts purchased by the Government with a technology transfer to HAL agreement with the French manufacturer. HAL had been working on developing and indigenous defense aircraft based on the technology so acquired. With Modi government in power, a new deal for purchase of more Rafael Aircrafts ensured that maintenance contract of the aircrafts to be purchased be awarded to Reliance Defence, a new brain child of Modi and Ambanis ignoring interests of HAL. HAL’s efforts for indigenous development of the aircraft are stopped by the new government. As a result, HAL has become jobless adversely affecting their financial soundness. Someday soon, HAL would be sold to Reliance Defence of Ambanis.
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) – Since Modi came to power in New Delhi, Sambit Patra of BJP spokesperson fame had been a director of the public sector corporation working in field of petroleum exploration and exploitation getting Rs 10,00,000 pm as salary. With Modi being in power again, Sambit Patra has been upgraded to Chairman of the Corporation with no knowledge of oil sector business. Since, Patra has been with ONGC, their financial condition has been continuously deteriorating and it is not far when the Corporation would be transferred to private hands. Sambit Patra is there to oversee this. .
Bharat Sanchar Nagam Limited (BSNL) – With the world’s largest cable and exchange network all over the country, BSNL connects whole of rural India to the national life stream. It was doing alright except some lethargy of their employees in customer care but the situation was fast improving. With Modi coming to power, Ambanis launched Jio Digital Life with photographs of Modi in their publicity bulletins. In 4G spectrum allocation by Modi government, BSNL was excluded for keeping supremacy of Jio. This made BSNL to lag behind their competitors in the field, leading to their moving towards complete closure soon. A huge number of their employees have opted for Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS). Services of BSNL to their customers are almost closed in most of the regions of the nation. ..
Earlier, United Nations removed ‘developing’ tag from India pushing the nation down to ‘under-developed’. Now Moody’s have downgraded state of Indian Economy from ‘stable’ to ‘weak’ These messages should have been enough for any national leadership of worth to wake up to reality and gear up to reverse the trend, but Indian leaders are happy with this as if this has been going what they had been wishing. It seems to be true because an Aristocratic setup of government works better on people suffering from abject poverty. Presently, Modi is an Aristocrat by all standards of his present lifestyle of wearing Rs 10,00,000 suit in place of his past Rs 10 half-pants provided by RSS.
For a corrective action, we need to ponder over how the present crisis has come up. Every economic activity needs enough money in circulation, called liquidity, so that nothing comes to standstill for want of inputs. Present ruling duo of India have siphoned off all the liquid money flowing in economic nerves of the nation. All economic activities of an entity like a nation are interrelated with intricate dependencies on each other. Input of an activity is surely an output of some other activity. But to keep the wheels in rotation, there need be a reserve between every output and corresponding input. This reserve is dried out due to sucking of the liquidity of Indian economy.
To put the wheel back into action, we need to provide some liquidity and let the resources be regenerated by the economic wheel. This, first of all, demands elimination of suckers from the economic scenario of the nation. Until then, nothing better can be expected.
The script-writers for the Modi government remain behind the curtain in RSS headquarters at Nagpur with the dream of pulling India back to primitive era through their destructive script in the hands of Modi, and then rebuild a nation of Hindus only. For quite some time, they have even been writing judicial orders of courts for cases wherever Hinduism is involved, and handing over the order to judges to sign in. They had authored SC judgment on Ayodhya dispute, with dream of Muslim disagreement resulting into a a mass scale genocide of Muslims by militant Hindus. For this, the government had made all the preparations. The dream fell apart for cool wisdom of Muslim community. Same way, the script-writers are not going to succeed in all their plans for the nation.
What is boiling out from the happenings in the nation is when Narendra Modi enacts a line of script authored by himself to commit suicide on realization of his sins against the nation and her people.

Year of 1992 has been a game changer for my life when I took up full time research and authorship work on the most prevalent phenomenon in Indian society - Religions and Spiritualism. It took 8 years of mine to understand frauds in these names, and I became a determined Atheist. Continuing the same practices, I began researches in Ayurveda in 2000.
And here I stand today as an Atheist, Researcher in Ayurveda and an Author.
